Rates and Fees

Rates are estimated individually for each group based on the program.

Please call 1-320-354-5894 to get an estimate of costs. If possible, have the following information ready when you call:

• length of program you wish to schedule
• number of participants
• activities you wish to participate in

Environmental Education Day Program Rates

EE day program rates range from $5 per student to $8 per student or more, depending on the length of the program. Canoeing is an additional $2 per student.

Challenge Course Program Rates

Challenge Course programs are typically charged per group. We suggest groups of about 12 participants. Group rates start at $180, depending on the length of the program and activity choices. To learn about gaining significant discounts for your group, please ask about the Adventure Co-op.

Rates for Day Programs that include both EE and Challenge Course

Please call us to let us know exactly what activities you would like to include. We'll develop a customized cost quote for you.

Residential, Multi-day Program Rates

Prairie Woods offers overnight programs through collaboration with Green Lake Lutheran Ministries and Decision Hills camps.

• 2-day program: $57 per student
• 3-day program: $95 per student
• School staff free

Prices are subject to change based on various options that your group may choose.
